Hi - First time posting, sorry if this was already posted.
I’m running a subscription of R21 on a Mac Pro Laptop. When I log into my account on Maxon.net the My Licenses tab tells me that I have 0/1 available C4d commercial licenses, because I’m already using it on one of my machines. Cool. But, it says I have 1 Team Render license available. Am I able to run TR on another machine? If so, how do I install it? I tried to use the auto-installer and full installer - neither give me the option to install or run as TR. And, when I go into My LIcenses within the License Manager that pops up when I try to run R21 on my non-licensed machine, the TR license does not appear.
Any help would be great.
