Goodmorning,
i’m here to ask help regarding a malfunctioning of Cinema 4d. It simply doesn’t show anything in the viewport.
We installed it on two new workstations assembled (one with one Nvidia Titan RTX and the other one with 3 2080ti). It has never been installed before on them, and the problem showed from the first start on both.
On the workstations the drivers are the studio versions, at the last update.
As you can see in the attached image, Cinema doesn’t recognise the graphic cards. Redshift works well and renders out images flawlessly (but the viewport IPR doesn’t work).
I hope to have been explicative and that there will be a solution.
