I have a scene which needs high resolution ground for the foreground, but would like to have the distant background to be of a lower mesh resolution. I duped off the plane, lowered the resolution, and shifted to the background, But can’t seem to find a way to match the displacement position of the original mesh. I would imagine it would be by either, 1). Copy the displacement coordinates or 2). set it to world space. Neither way has worked for me. I would prefer the first option, as I already have a locked look dev on the foreground. So, what did I miss??
