pyrocluster puff as asteroid dust cloud

Hello.

I am trying to wrap an asteroid in a soft, subtle dust cloud.

I’m thinking I’d use a Pyrocluster puff attached to a single particle.

I’m using the standard particle emitter, set to a single particle that has a very long lifetime.

I have no age effects on it, so the puff theoretically shouldn’t change.

I’m using a Pyrocluster puff, so that the asteroid casts a shadow on it. (otherwise I’d use a light with visible light)

The problem:

The particle/puff doesn’t move with the asteroid.

How can I attach it to the slowly turning asteroid?

One note: I do not know Espresso, so if there’s a solution that doesn’t require nodes, that would make life much easier.

If though, nodes are the only answer, please talk to me like I’m a 6 year-old. 😉

Thanks in advance!

Tom
