Move, scale and rotate with keyboard shortcuts

Hi there.

Is there a way to limit moving, scaling and rotating objects, edges etc. to a particular axis with keyboard shortcuts instead of using the arrows?

I know this from Blender where you for example can type ‘G’~‘X’ to limit movement to the x-axis and then drag the object with the mouse.

Using the arrows is very cumbersome and time-consuming.
