Turn any Object into Hexagons with Instant Meshes

Hello, I am trying to do this hexagon mesh on a vault (ceiling). I have downloaded the instant mesh program. I subdivided my object.
My first problem is how to choose all the the faces and all the edges. Thanks. Valentina (C4D R19 Prime)
