Rotate Tool View

For some reason my rotate tool view changed, I attached an image, probably I changed a setting or something that I am not aware.
I checked the modeling axis option on the menu and tried different settings like world, object etc but didint work.Probably i am looking into a wrong setting.
where can I change the view of the rotate tool so it would be same like the second image I attached? Before my rotate tool view was like that as well.
